The fellow working there was nice and informative. I parked up Iron Mountain and rode my mountain bike down to Damascus. He let me use his air hose to harden up the tires for the ride back up to my car (Creeper Trail and a bit of pavement). Thanks Creeper Trail Bike Rental.

The shop is well maintained and they have plenty of bikes and transportation to the top of the mountain. Price is about the same as other places in town.

This past summer we rode the Creeper Trail and was very glad to have used Creeper Trail Bike Rentals for our trip. Along the way we came across someone who had had a flat tire with nothing to make repairs. CTBR had given our family group a repair kit and I was able to assist the stranded biker and get them back on track.
We decide to go back to the Trail for the fall leaf colors and used CTBR again and were so very much pleased with their service. Looking forward to yearly visits.

The guys running this business are helpful and professional. Bikes are clean and in good condition. A rental with shuttle service runs about $26 per person. They send out each person with a map, H2O, and an emergency tool kit (which thankfully I haven’t had to use. ) Reservations are accepted and encouraged to ensure your spot. You can park either in Damascus or Whitetop. I recommend driving to Damascus as there are options there for food, etc and you won’t need to be on a schedule when you finish the trail. 3rd time renting from this business. Will do so again.

Fabulous time. All the people at the shop were very nice and helpful. We will do this again and again every time we have company from out of town and several times in between. Price is right just check the weather last time it was very cold but just dress the part and you are good to go.

Welcoming staff. Most of the bikes were serviceable. No wrenches sent, so one of our bikes kept losing its’ chain so we had to get it back on the sprocket numerous times until we found one to borrow.

Very friendly and personal attention. Rent a bike up on the mountain at their White Top location and ride downhill ~15 miles to Damascus, then take the shuttle van back up to White Top. Shuttles run every 90 minutes.

This place is awesome…very friendly and helpful…we had a small issue at the top of the trail and my man Bob came to the rescue and had us on the trail in no time at all…in all the excitement I left my phone on the Bob’s van….after our awesome ride down the trail we arrived back at the shop and found out once again Bob had came to the rescue and recovered my phone as it was at the counter waiting for me….thanks again to Bob and all the guys….we will definitely be back….
